Similarly, your neutrality in the midst of argument where pro and con have dug in their heels to no compromise, may be the conciliatory stance that’s needed to soothe ruffled feathers. Neutrality has been seen to be weak, indecisive and passive. However not taking a stand, is courageous especially in the face of intimidation, extreme bias and social influence all demanding you be on “their side”. Stay courageous, centered and true to yourself. This is often the face of neutrality in volatile circumstances.”
