“The end of the year is just that: an end to a segment in time that’s been logically created. The reasons for its existence are economically, scientifically and historically based, and ensure a global time-line synchronicity. You may feel you need to make decisions – big or small – on or before December 31st to match up to a new year’s expectations. The latter is an external imposition that has no bearing on you and your unique unfolding, your personal journey. Remember there is no “have to” here – no “have to” anything. Letting the outside fall away like this frees you up (with relief!) to actually choose what is best for you – end of year or not.”
