Ease
“It flows fluidly without constraint: like a clear stream of water from a mountain top. Though there are rocks, the water curves itself naturally around any of the hard obstacles as if they were not there. No stopping, jarring, interrupting, just a steady flow of ease – sometimes so quiet, tranquil and calm that it is barely noticeable. But its absence is duly noted for from the vacuum created, a stress emerges that ease does not know. They are strangers to each other until they do meet, and when they do, stress seeks out ease to care for and comfort it. In your stressful times, seek out ease. It is love disguised yet still love in “liquid” form.”
